All taxes shall be applicable if the payment will be in INR( ₹) or inside India. Also GST will be applicable in all mode of currencies if the payment will be processed through India. No GST or other taxes will be applicable for outside India payments.
Payment in full is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Additional credit may be denied (to accounts whose balances are not paid within terms) either temporarily or permanently. Frequent Research reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 2% daily on all balances not paid within the above stated terms. Client shall reimburse Frequent Research for all costs and attorney fees incurred by Frequentresearch in collecting any past due charges from client.
